How it works
A desktop app that does the reading where the conversations already are, and a shared view that shows only what your team can act on.
1 · The desktop app
Each account manager runs rltnship on their own computer
The app connects to the person’s own mailbox, calendar and chats with their own sign-in. Access tokens are kept in the macOS Keychain, not on our servers. It works out which conversations belong to which client from domains, invites and who is on the thread.
- Signs in with Google or Microsoft
- Finds clients from who you already talk to
- Runs quietly in the background
2 · Analysis on the device
The reading happens on the laptop
A language model and speech recognition run on the computer itself. They read each message and call for the signals that move a relationship: response times, scope and price concerns, commitments made and missed, praise, escalation, and the tone of each speaker on a call.
- Transcription and speaker separation on device
- English and Arabic, including mixed conversations
- Every signal linked to the message or moment it came from
3 · Score, reasons, next step
Signals become a score you can explain
Signals roll up into a health score from 0 to 100, a band — Healthy, Watch or At risk — and a trend. When a score drops, rltnship says why in plain words, shows the quotes behind it on your computer, and suggests what to do next.
- Healthy, Watch and At risk bands
- Reasons in plain words, quotes on the device
- A suggested next step for every drop
4 · What reaches your team
Only what your team can act on leaves the device
The shared view is built from the results, not the conversations. Billing and CRM connect in the cloud and carry numbers only, so revenue at risk can sit next to each score.
- Results sync; conversations do not
- Billing and CRM bring numbers only
What stays, and what syncs
The exact categories, by where they live
Stays on the device
- Email bodies and attachments
- WhatsApp, Slack and Teams messages
- Call recordings and transcripts
- Quotes and the passages behind each signal
- Contact details beyond the client’s name
- Mailbox and chat sign-in tokens
Syncs to your team
- Client name and email domains
- Health score, band, trend and chance of leaving
- Reasons for a change, as labels
- The weekly headline and suggested next step
- Revenue figures come from billing and CRM, which connect in the cloud
In a meeting
When a call starts in any app, a bar offers Start AI notes or Not this call. Recording and transcription happen on the computer; the recording is never uploaded. For clients you already know, it can start on its own.

We are working with a small group of design-partner agencies through the beta. Partners get the product free during the beta, a direct line to the team, and launch pricing locked in.
