Clients rarely leave without warning. You just can’t see it yet.
The warning signs are spread across your team’s inboxes, calls and WhatsApp chats. rltnship reads them on each person’s own computer, hears how clients sound on calls, and shows which relationships are slipping, why, and how much revenue is at risk — weeks before the notice email.
No bot in your calls. No inbox copied to a server.
Sample workspace. Client names and figures are illustrative.
The problem
Clients don’t leave suddenly. Agencies find out late.
- 18%1of a retainer agency’s clients leave each year
Losing clients is normal. Missing the signs isn’t.
A typical retainer agency loses almost one client in five every year. Agencies with fewer than ten staff lose about one in three.
- 7th2where agencies rank clients’ top reason for leaving
Agencies misread why clients go
48% of clients who end an agency relationship give delivery as the main reason. Agencies rank that reason seventh, and blame budget cuts and new leadership instead.
- 6places a client relationship lives
The warning is scattered
Slower replies in email, a tense call, a scope question on WhatsApp, an invoice paid late. Each account manager sees a piece. Nobody sees the whole slide until the notice email arrives.
Tone of voice
Hears what the transcript misses.
A client can say “that’s fine” and mean the opposite. rltnship listens to how each client contact sounds — pitch, pace, energy and how much they talk — and counts it toward the score. It runs on your own computer during any call, and nothing joins the meeting.
- Tone for each speaker, so you know it was the CMO who went cold, not the whole room
- Read together with what was said: commitments, scope questions, renewal talk
- No bot in the participant list and nothing interrupts the call. You tell clients you take AI notes, in words rltnship gives you
- Works with Zoom, Meet, Teams and phone apps, in English and Arabic

Why on the device
Keeping conversations off the cloud is what makes the score accurate.
Cloud tools ask your team to hand over their inboxes and put a recorder in front of your clients. rltnship does the reading on each person’s laptop, and that changes what it gets to read.
Calls stay natural
No recorder joins the call and nothing interrupts it. You tell clients you take AI notes, as with any notetaker, and the conversation carries on as normal. Tone is read on your computer, and that natural tone is the signal worth reading.
Your team connects everything
People will let an app on their own computer read their inbox and WhatsApp. They won’t hand them to a company server. More channels connected means a more accurate score.
IT and legal say yes faster
There is no central archive of client conversations to secure, disclose or defend, and no question of which country it sits in. Designed for GDPR, UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL.
A lower price
We don’t pay to store and process your conversations, so you don’t pay for it either. rltnship costs less than half of Kaizan’s price per client.
On-device is the default. An admin can choose a cloud mode instead, for example for computers too small to run the model, and everyone in the workspace sees which mode is on.

How it works
Up and running in an afternoon
Four steps, and nothing for IT to host.
- 1
Install the desktop app
Each account manager installs rltnship. It finds your clients from who you already talk to.
- 2
Connect your channels
Email and calendar first, then meetings, Slack, Teams and WhatsApp if you choose. Each person decides.
- 3
Analysed on the device
A model running on the laptop reads tone, replies, commitments and risk. Nothing is uploaded to do it.
- 4
Your team sees what to do
Scores, reasons and next steps sync to a shared view. Leadership sees the whole book; nobody sees the inbox.

Questions
Questions agencies ask first
Is there proof that this reduces churn?
Not yet as a published figure, and we won’t invent one. What is known: clients leave over things agencies underrate, and the signs show up in replies, calls and invoices before notice is given. During the beta each design partner runs rltnship over its own past clients to see how early it would have warned them. We will publish those results.
How is this different from Kaizan or a meeting notetaker?
Notetakers summarise meetings. Kaizan builds client health in its cloud from calls, email and chat, with an assistant that joins your calls. rltnship reads every channel on each person’s own computer, hears clients’ tone of voice without joining the call, and adds WhatsApp, phone calls and billing.
How does it hear tone without a bot in the call?
When a call starts in any app, a small bar appears. Press Start AI notes and rltnship records the call audio on your computer, works out who is speaking and measures how each client contact sounds. The recording and its analysis stay on your computer. When notes start, the bar reminds you to tell the client, with a short notice ready to copy.
Do our emails or recordings go to your servers?
Not by default. Email, chats, recordings, transcripts and their analysis stay on each person’s own computer. What syncs to your team is the score, its band and trend, the reasons in plain words, the suggested next step and the revenue figure. An admin can choose a cloud mode instead, and everyone in the workspace sees which mode is on.
Is this monitoring our staff?
No. Clients are scored, people are not. It reads client signals — how quickly they reply, what they raise, how they sound — and never scores employees or reads their emotions. Management sees every client’s score, reasons and revenue at risk, but not the messages, unless they’re assigned to that client. Figures about your own calls and commitments, like talk time, are shown only to you; management sees team totals. Each person controls which channels and calls it can read.
How early does it warn us?
As early as the signs appear: slower replies, fewer meetings, a change in tone, scope questions. rltnship scores them as they happen rather than at the quarterly review, so the warning comes while you can still act on it.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. It reads English and Arabic conversations, including mixed ones, and the app and this site are available in Arabic as well as English.
Does it work on Windows?
Yes. The desktop app runs on Mac and Windows, and the team view works in any browser.
